FAQ

Which logo package should I choose?

The Start Up package is our most popular one, since it includes 6 concepts from which you are able to select the one you like best.

What is the difference between the packages?

The less expensive packages (i.e. Basic and Budget) have fewer logo samples for you to choose from, and just one designer designing them for you. The more expensive packages (Start Up and CEO) include more logo samples, and two or more designers working for you, producing a greater selection of logo design samples for you to choose from.

What if I want to make changes to the logos napkin marketing creates?

Once you choose one logo sample, you get up to three rounds of changes it included in your design packages.

Once I finalize a logo that napkin marketing created for me, do I own the rights to it?

Yes, all the rights to the final logo and stationery design are yours, once payment is complete. You
may register or trademark your final logo design. It is important to own all rights to the design in order
to avoid any legal issues after you have used it on printed material.

What file types will I receive?

In most cases, your printer and web designer will require Adobe file types which include AI ( Adobe Illustrator) and PDF. We will supply you with these file types which will allow you to complete any print or web design project you have coming up. We will also send you JPEG images which are easily used in Word documents, Excel, Outlook, etc.

My printer/web developer is asking for “vector” files. Will you provide these?

Your final files folder from napkin marketing will include vector files (AI, EPS). These files will be ready for your printer and web designer. Vector files allows you to expand or contract the size of the logo while retaining its smooth resolution. These vector files are also saved in “layers”. This means each individual component (i.e. , words, letters, and graphic images in the logo) can be edited.

My printer/ web developer is asking for “camera ready” artwork or files. Will you provide these?

Camera ready artwork is the same as vector files. napkin marketing will provide you with vector files (AI, EPS) of the logo.

How long does the design process take?

You can expect to see your logo design samples in 3-5 business days. After your selection is made the process is completely up to you. If you respond quickly with your revisions, we can have your project done in as little as 3 days. We complete most revisions within the same day they are requested.

I need my logo designed right away? Can you do a rush order?

We can have your logo design concepts ready in just two business days, providing no other revisions are needed. Our experienced Design Team will work around the clock to deliver your designs within two days of placing your order. To order: request the “Rush Design Service” when contacting us or filling out your creative brief form.
